HI, I'M CAT
Being an avid yogi having practised for over 10 years and witnessing first hand the benefits of movement and mindfulness I decided to follow the path to becoming a pregnancy yoga teacher. Whilst pregnant I attended pregnancy yoga which offered me a new outlook and experience within my regular yoga practise, allowing me to slow down and to connect with my body and baby.
Training to be a teacher through LushTums expanded my knowledge and has given me so much more to share, I'm now on a mission to share this with as many pregnant women as I can!
WHAT MY CLASSES OFFER
My classes focus on well-being for mum and baby through appropriate movement; keeping you fit, strong & flexible; and relaxation & breathing techniques for birth and beyond. My aim is to leave you floating out the class and energised for the day ahead or ready for a peaceful nights sleep.
I am dedicated and passionate about supporting you on your journey to birth and Motherhood.

Having studied with Clare Maddalena Senior Yoga teacher and founder of LushTums I am a certified specialised Pregnancy Yoga teacher.

**THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON WEDNESDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER***
Everyone is welcome to my Pregnancy Yoga Classes, however, if you are new to yoga or exercise
it is preferable you wait until you are 15 weeks.
No matter what your plan for birth is at this stage, Pregnancy yoga can help you connect with your body and babe, help with anxiety and keep you fit, strong and prepared for birth.
So give it a go and I will see you on the mat!
