It is aimed at anyone who wants to start to explore how it feels to move again safely after birth, how their breath can help guide them to pelvic floor recovery and explore how we can start to strengthen through the body to prepare ourselves for more demanding movement, be that yoga or other forms of exercise.

    - You feel pressure between the legs
    - Experience any sort of pain in the body
    - you feel uncomfortable or unsure of a movement.
