Service Description

1:1 classes enable us to work together and come up with a plan that works for you or you and your partner. Fertility: we'll focus on your cycle (if you currently have one), create a space for you to relax and feel open to possibility, as well as provide a safe range of movements whether you're trying to conceive naturally or undergoing fertility treatment. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Pregnancy: We will tailor the class to your specific needs, perhaps working through a particular ailment so that you can easily adapt your moves for regular group classes or a session to focus on active labour movement or breath preparation with your partner so they can support you through labour or a csection. We can work through anything you feel you would like to focus on! I have had some great sessions with individuals and also women and their partners. **Please choose your desired time but we will need to confirm prior to starting

Cancellation Policy

I do not offer cancellations or refunds in the event you do not show up or are no longer able to attend. You can reschedule the class up to 24 hours before the start time. Should a class be moved to Zoom at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances - the class remains valid and will be given via zoom - no refunds, cancellations or reschedule.
