Join me for a nourishing pregnancy yoga class exploring mindful movement to prepare your body and mind for birth. My classes are designed to keep you strong and healthy, chilled and relaxed, ease pregnancy ailments and explore ways through yoga, to prepare you for birth – however your birth may be. We will learn breathing techniques, explore meditation and relaxation as well as move to create space and strength through the body. (If you suffer from PGP, or any pregnancy specific ailment I will modify movements to suit you). These classes provide a space to connect with other mamas and build your tribe, a gift in that first year of motherhood. Although these classes are held online, you will still be given the opportunity to chat and meet others at the beginning of class, a great way to form bonds and speak to others about your shared experiences. These classes are suitable from over 15 weeks (with no previous yoga experience).
