Parent and baby yoga is a great way to rebuild from the inside out, a gentle, safe and super effective way to repair your body from birth whilst providing you with a special time to connect with your baby and others around you. We’ll use this time to restore, relax and connect. Strengthening from the inside to restore your core and pelvic floor. Relax and rejuvenate through mindfulness tools and restorative yoga poses. Connect with your babe, your inner wisdom and with others to build your tribe! Safe for new mums 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks csection) having had the go ahead from their doctor. Note: This class is recorded and you will have access to the class to do in your own time for the remainder of the week.
