For those of you who can't make my live online Zoom classes, you can now purchase the recorded class and practise in your own time!
This is a recorded class of the Zoom Pregnancy Yoga classes held Saturday or Wednesday and therefore comes will all the imperfections of a live class too! It'll feel like you're in the room with me.
You'll have access to the class for a week from when it was recorded (e.g until the following Saturday or Wednesday).
