Quiet Listening - Arriving on the Mat

Hello Yogi Mamas,


Today I want to share with you a practise of quiet listening and arriving on the mat, I do this at the beginning of each class with all my yogi mums so we can quieten the mind and leave any distractions at the door. Something we've all had to work on during isolation!


I hope you enjoy this practise and it enables you to settle the mind, relax and prepare, no matter what noise is happening internally or externally, whether that preparation is for a yoga practise or a quiet moment to yourself throughout a busy or overwhelming day.
